Nicholas Donavon Jaeger BM
Portland-raised, Nicholas has spent most of his life on the coasts of North America.

Nicholas graduated from the Catholic University of America in Washington, D.C. with a degree in Music. There he studied Music Composition and Performance and worked with the university's Concert Orchestra.

Working with people of all age ranges, from his time as a field instructor for Outdoor School, OHSU, Sound Roots Music Studio, Long Lake Camp for the Arts (NY), his years with the children in Early Intervention, now running his own music studio since 2012, his experience has sculpted in him the ability to work with a wide range of students.

Nicholas plays several percussive stringed instruments & their electric counterparts, and is beginning his education of bowed strings with the viola. He enjoys orchestrating and working with looping and other effects. He has worked as a composer for short films & documentaries as well as working with video game companies including Cartoon Network for their show OK KO.

Nicholas is also an Author of several books including a Young Adult Novel Series called Gideon Wolfgang & the Secrets of Music. Available for purchase at
